As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing a friendly and professional service to our customers. Ensuring that the customer service corresponds to the service requirements of the company is what you’ll be doing on a daily basis. You will need to be make sure that all the issues raised by customers are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
For this role you will need to have: a strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Best Practices, experience in developing processes and related documentation, good understanding of networking technologies (WAN/LAN) and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
